hen given the opportunity to serve as logistic managers in any exercise, we, in addition to our role as the liaising professional between the client and their visitors, bring our wealth of experience to bear on the arrangement by moving a step further to ensure the satisfaction of the visitor during his visit. This is with a view to making a success of the visit on the one hand and protecting the interest of the company on the other hand.

Guide and stay with the from the point of arrival to the point of departure.

Liaise with the visitor and offer advice on the most appropriate schedule for their clients in terms of arrival, places of accommodation, visitations and meetings and itinerary.

Collate information and reports on such issues as security, convenience, location, regulations and such other matters that may affect the wellbeing of a visitor during his stay in the country.

Facilitate and obtain the necessary statutory approvals for a person visiting the country.
5.
Assist in the organisation of meetings and conferences including the provision of such logistic necessities as transportation, refreshments, materials etc.

Render necessary advice to ensure compliance with statutory requirements guiding a visit to Nigeria.
7.
Arrange for leasing/procurement of the facilities our clients’ visitors may need during their visit to Nigeria. These may include mobile phones and other forms of communication gadget, laptop, internet access, directory etc.
8.
Prepare a budget for our client on the cost implication of the stay of our clients’ visitors in Nigeria.
